This policy explains what personal information Nova Flooring Design collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It is written as a practical template. When you request an estimate, we collect the information you provide:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address and preferred contact method.
• Project details: service needed, postal code, city, square footage, property type, timelines, budget range and any notes you add.
• Optional project photographs you choose to upload.
• Technical context: the page you arrived on, referrer, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), and device category. This is used to understand which advertising brings genuine enquiries.

How we use it

• To respond to your estimate request and communicate about your project — this is the only use covered by the required consent checkbox.
• To send occasional flooring tips and promotions, only if you separately opted in to marketing. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
• To measure website and advertising performance in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses optional analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel) only after you accept them through the cookie banner. If you decline, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts load, and the site remains fully functional.
