Tell us about the project

Share the basics through our estimate form or by phone: the service you need, the space, rough square footage and your timing. Photos help us prepare.

Consultation and measurement

We visit, measure properly and look at the details that decide a project’s success — subfloor condition, moisture, transitions, stairs and, for condos, your building’s requirements.

Written estimate and material selection

You receive a clear written estimate with the scope spelled out — no vague line items. We guide you through species, grades, stains and finishes so the choices fit your home and budget.

Installation, finishing and final walkthrough

We protect your home, do the work cleanly and finish the details properly. Before we leave, we walk the floor with you and cover how to care for it.

What working with us feels like

Protection first

Floors, stairs and pathways are covered before tools come out. Dust-producing work is contained with practical measures — sealed doorways and covered vents.
Realistic scheduling

Your estimate includes a schedule that accounts for acclimatization, cure times and the sequence of trades — not a best-case guess.
One point of contact

Questions during the project go to one person who actually knows your job. You will not re-explain your project to strangers.
A walkthrough that matters

Before we call a project done, we walk the floor with you, in your light, and address anything that needs attention.
